Job Responsibilities:
Work for law firm specializing in wills, trusts, and estates
Assist attorneys by handling matters in Probate and Trust administration
Work out of both of the firm's offices in Glen Allen, VA and Richmond, VA.
Work in all areas of the estate law practice areas that do not require a law degree
Substantial client contact in the form of meetings, phone calls and emails.
Job Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in the area of probate or estate administration (or accounting may be considered).
Excellent in time management both in personal workflow and in managing deadlines.
Ability to hold consistent and predictable performance, patience, the desire to help others (both clients and co-workers), impeccable listening skills, and the ability to create and contribute to a stable and harmonious work environment.
Preferred candidate with some experience in a law firm working as an estate administration paralegal or will have a paralegal certificate from a recognized paralegal training program, or a four-year degree from an accredited institution.
