Job Responsibilities:
- -Run cable/wire/communication.
- -Mount J-boxes, control boxes, switches boxes – mechanical installation.
- -Read and follow prints.
- -Test/troubleshoot circuits, motors, fans, controller, VFDs, transformers.
- -Complete all terminations and splicing, incl. high voltage splices.
- -Capacity to develop knowledge of hoisting/crushing operations – troubleshoot same.
Job Qualifications:
- -High school diploma or equivalent experience
- -3+ years of relevant industrial electrical experience.
- -Able to comprehend written and verbal instructions as required to perform his/her duties in a safe and efficient manner.
- -Able to perform the work without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of self or others due to the safety sensitivity of tasks.
- -Able to relocate to mining area to work 5 - 10hr shifts with 2 days off per work week.
