Independent licenses (preferred):

Non-Independent Licenses:

-LMFT
-LPAT
-Masters Level Counseling license

And also:
-LADAC
-LSAA

-Experience preferred working with substance abuse, mental health, matrix model, ASAM criteria guidelines, 12 step philosophy, and online charting with EMR systems.
