Job Qualifications: ✨
-Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience.
-1-2 years related experience (i.e. sales assistant, claims account support).
-Strong excel skills including proficiency in pivot tables, formulas and V-look ups.
Job Responsibilities: ✨
-Day to day management of accounts consists of creating urgent, time sensitive pricing agreements ensuring correct pricing, validating and issuing promotional credits, managing and reconciling sales budgets/funds.
-Communicate daily with sales, sales support, credit, IT, and other internal and external entities.
-Enter Account Promotional Funds (APF)
-Track budgets
-Reconcile sales funds and budgets
-Validate claims
-Research and resolve chargebacks
-Meet with Sales, Product, and Credit groups
-Communicate with Dealers/Partners, and internal sales team
-Issue credits
-Manage all aspects of the assigned accounts
-Must be analytical and extremely detailed with excellent follow up and problem solving skills
-Keen sense of initiative and positive attitude
-Ability to multi-task and adapt to change with attention to detail
-Excellent time management skills
-Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work with all levels of employees and managers
