-Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related -or- equivalent work experience
-Proven proficiency in macOS, Microsoft Intune, and Jamf (certificates in each is a plus).
-Previous experience as an IT engineer
-Experience in secure deployment, configuration, and management of MacBook devices within the organization.
-Experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Intune for macOS devices to enforce security policies, software deployment, and remote device management
-Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices for macOS devices.
Job Responsibilities: ✨
-Deploy, configure, and maintain MacBook devices across the organization.
-Ensure macOS devices are up to date with the latest operating system and software patches.
-Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on MacBook devices.
-Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for macOS devices to enforce security policies, software deployment, and remote device management.
-Create and maintain device profiles, compliance policies, and conditional access rules.
-Administer the Jamf Pro platform for macOS device management, including policy creation, package deployment, and inventory management.
-Develop and maintain automated workflows and scripts using Jamf Pro's scripting capabilities.
-Enforce security best practices for macOS devices, including encryption, firewall configurations, and application whitelisting.
-Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
-Create and maintain documentation related to MacBook management processes and procedures.
-Train end-users and IT staff on macOS device usage and best practices.
-Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and procure hardware and software solutions for macOS devices.
-Manage software licenses and subscriptions related to macOS applications.
-Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to macOS device management, security, and productivity tools.
